There is space for 80 people closely seated theatre-style or 36 people seated around tables. The room is carpeted and is equipped with demountable tables and a kitchenette (sink, microwave, fridge and crockery) and is suitable for smaller social gatherings and meetings.

This room is 6.1 x 12.2 metres (74.4 metres²) with a ceiling height of 2.9m metres. 

There is capacity for 80 people dancing or similar or 135 people closely seated theatre-style. The room looks out over the green space at the rear of the building and has a serving hatch to the kitchen.
